1. To be eligible for a 90 day trial, you must have the proof of purchase from Hello Silky.
2. On the day your parcel is delivered, email a customer care representative at firstname.lastname@example.org a blank email with the subject header "90 Day Trial”.
3. Trial the product(s) for at least 80 Days from date of purchase, but for no more than 90 days.
4. Make sure the product is used as recommended on our website. We may ask for proof of proper usage of the product if applicable.
5. If you are not completely satisfied by the performance of our product(s) or your results, email a customer care representative via the same email sharing your review and money-back request.
6. Once approved, return the product(s) (in their original packaging) via traceable mail service 90 days from date of purchase to the address provided by our customer care representative.
7. To be eligible for a refund, all steps above must have been actioned.
8. Once returned, our product's purchase price will be refunded to you. Real postage costs for the sending and return of our the product(s) are the full responsibility of the Claimant and unfortunately will not be refunded.
*The greatest determining factor for a successful treatment is simply consistency, using your device as advised, and for the recommended period of time.
