That's why we are proud to offer a 90-day risk-free trial to give you peace of mind when purchasing any of our products. We simply ask you to follow our 90-day trial policy to ensure adequate use of our products.

If during this period you are not satisfied, and your purchase is eligible, send it back to us, and we'll refund your money...no questions asked! 

 
Please follow these easy steps to let us know you are trialling our products, so you can get a refund back once the 90-day trial has ended:

1. To be eligible for a 90-day trial, you must have proof of purchase from Hello Silky.
 
2. On the day your parcel is delivered, email a customer care representative at hello@hellosilky.com a blank email with the subject header "90 Day Trial". This will initiate your trial process.

3. Trial the product(s) for at least 80 days from the date of purchase, but no more than 90 days.

4. Make sure the product is used as recommended on our website and user manual. We may ask for proof of proper usage of the product.

5. If you are not completely satisfied by the performance of our product(s) or your results, email a customer care representative via the same email sharing your review and money-back request.
 
6. Once approved, return the product(s) (in their original packaging) via traceable mail service within 90 days from the date of purchase to the address provided by our customer care representative.
 
7. All steps above must have been actioned to be eligible for a refund.
 
8. Once returned, our product's purchase price will be refunded to you. However, actual postage costs for the sending and returning of the product(s) are the full responsibility of the claimant and, unfortunately, are not refunded.

 

*The most significant determining factor for a successful treatment is simply consistency, using your device as advised, and for the recommended period of time.

All our devices have been tested accordingly.  

We reserve the right to reject a refund in the event that we are not satisfied (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence provided to us. 

 

Hello Silky is operated by UVN Enterprises PTY LTD, an Australian registered business that operates under Australian consumer law. 

We do not accept refunds for change of mind once the product has been used due to hygiene. Once the product has been used, it must comply with our refund policy to be eligible for a refund.
