At Hello Silky, we know that choosing the perfect product online can be a bit daunting. That's why we're thrilled to offer you a 90-day trial period, so you can shop with complete confidence.

To get the best from your trial, just follow our straightforward 90-day trial policy below to ensure proper use of our products.

If you're not satisfied with your results by the end of the trial period, simply request a return, send the product back to us, and we'll issue a full refund.

Please follow these simple steps to notify us that you're trialling our products, so we can smoothly process your refund at the end of the 90-day trial.

Please read and understand our terms and conditions below: 

  1. To be eligible for a 90-day trial, you must have proof of purchase from Hello Silky.
  2. On the day your parcel is delivered, please email our customer service team at hello@hellosilky.com with a blank email and the subject line "90 Day Trial" to initiate your trial process.
  3. Trial the product(s) for at least 80 days from the date of purchase, but no more than 90 days.
  4. Take sure the product is used as recommended in the user manual. We may ask for proof of proper usage of the product.
  5. If you are not completely satisfied with your results, email a customer care representative via the same email sharing your review and money-back request.
  6. Once approved, return the product(s) (in their original packaging and all components) via traceable mail service within 90 days from the date of purchase to the address provided by our customer care representative.
  7. Once your item is returned, the product's purchase price will be refunded to you. However, actual postage costs for the sending and returning of the product(s) are the full responsibility of the claimant and, unfortunately, are not refunded.
All steps above must have been actioned to be eligible for a refund under the 90-day trial. 

 

This policy excludes returns without proof of purchase.

*The most significant determining factor for a successful treatment is simply consistency, using the product as advised, and for the recommended period of time. 

We reserve the right to decline a refund if the request does not adhere to our policy.
